Shipping Policy

  • A Shipping fee will be automatically added after completing your order. Tracking Numbers will be sent via email after it has been shipped. 

  • Pretti Enhancements By Liya is "NOT RESPONSIBLE" for any lost shipments. If the tracking number has shown that it has been delivered, please contact the United States Postal Service. If the package is returned due to the wrong address that you provided, you are responsible for another shipment fee.

  • Shipping is approximately 3-7 business days after order is processed.

Refund Policy

• All sales and deposits are final. NO returns or exchanges due to COVID-19 precautions. All Deposits are non refundable or transferable.

 


• Please be advised, when placing an order or booking a service through Pretti Enhancements By Liya, You are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions. 

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled 24hrs in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24hrs you will be charged %50 of whatever service you booked. No call no shows will be charged the full amount of whatever service you booked. Feel free to contact me to avoid these issues.

Please read carefully before placing all orders and scheduling appointments. 

Business hours: Monday-Sunday 11am-7pm cst we are closed on some holidays. 

All Order processing is 3-5  business days in the U.S. and can take approximately 3-7 business days for shipping.

Pretti Enhancements By Liya is not responsible for any allergic reactions or anything that happens once the item is received or after your makeup appointment. Please be sure to ask about the products being used before your appointment if you have any concerns.
